Payment Information: We do not store your credit card details. All payments are processed securely through Square.

Schedule and deliver your bounce house or play center rentals.
Send you booking confirmations and important event updates via email or text.
Comply with Tennessee business and tax regulations.

We do not sell your data. We share your information only with trusted partners necessary to run our business:

IONOS: Our website hosting provider.
4. Children’s Privacy
While we provide fun for kids ages 1–7, our website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. All bookings must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

As a Tennessee resident, you have the right to ask what information we have about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete your data (as long as we don't need it for tax or legal records).

We love sharing the joy of your events! From time to time, we may take photos or videos of our equipment in action for use on our website and social media (Instagram/Facebook).
Privacy First: We focus our photos on the play setups and equipment. We will not use a child’s full name or tagging information without express verbal or written permission from a parent.
Right to Opt-Out: If you prefer that your event or children not be photographed for promotional purposes, simply let us know before or during setup, and we will strictly honor that request.
Removal Request: If you see a photo on our social media that you would like removed, contact us at Info@kayztumblersandtotz.org and we will take it down immediately.
