1. Rental Agreement & Safety

By booking a service with Kay’z Tumblers & Totz, the client agrees to supervise all children at all times. Our play environments are designed specifically for children ages 1–7.

Rules of Play: No shoes, no food or drinks, and no sharp objects are permitted in the play zones or on the bouncers.

Liability: Kay’z Tumblers & Totz is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment or lack of adult supervision. A signed liability waiver is required upon delivery.

2. Weather & Cancellation Policy

We want your event to be a success, but safety comes first.

Weather: We cannot set up outdoors in rain, lightning, or winds exceeding 15 mph. In the event of bad weather, we will offer a reschedule date or a full refund.

Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations to receive a full refund of your deposit.

3. Delivery & Setup

We provide mobile delivery and professional setup within the Memphis area.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure the setup area is flat, clean, and cleared of any debris or pet waste prior to our arrival.

4. Payments & Bookings

All bookings are managed through Square. Total payment or a deposit (as specified at checkout) is required to secure your date. By completing your booking, you agree to the pricing and terms listed on our website.

5. Equipment Damage

The client is responsible for any damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Significant damage or loss of equipment may result in additional repair or replacement fees.
